How credits work
A credit is a billing unit, not a data size. The rate depends on the job type and profile that actually runs.
Files up to 512 KiB on Balanced or Maximum use the format-aware tournament. A completed job costs 1 credit on Balanced or 2 on Maximum.
Larger files use resumable streaming. Fast, Balanced and Maximum consume 0.2, 0.5 and 1 credit per GiB of input respectively.
Restore consumes 0.1 credit per GiB of encoded input. Failed, rejected and expired jobs consume nothing.
Processing stops at the included allowance. Top up prepaid credits, or enable payable overage with a monthly USD cap.
A 14-day evaluation starts after email verification, includes 10 credits and does not renew automatically. API access is not included.
Every completed output is verified against the original bytes. Integrity checking is not encryption, authentication or a security certification.
Add-ons
Credit top-ups and add-ons are self-serve from billing on paid plans. Storage and transfer are prepaid capacity packs; support is a percentage of the annual contract. Accounts without a storage or transfer pack keep the current unmetered allowance while the policy is finalised.
Prepaid packs of 100, 500, 2000 credits. They expire after 12 months.
