Copyright and DMCA
We respect intellectual property. This policy explains how to report claimed infringement, how to respond to a notice, and how repeat infringement is handled. It applies where the DMCA or similar law is available.
Reporting infringement
Send a notice to saar-legal@heossi.com with the subject Copyright notice. Include your contact details, identification of the copyrighted work, the URL or job identifier of the claimed infringing material, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act, and your signature.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed in error, send a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification, consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court, and your signature.
Repeat infringement
We may remove or disable access to claimed infringing material, notify the account holder, and suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe. We may forward notices to the account holder and retain records as required by law.
