Order of precedence

If documents conflict, a signed agreement or order form prevails over these policies, the Terms of Service prevail over the incorporated policies, and a specific policy prevails over a general statement. Mandatory law prevails over all.

Changes

We may update an incorporated policy to reflect the service, law or security practice. Material changes are communicated where appropriate. The updated date on each page controls. Continued use after the effective date accepts the updated policy.
