Government and Law Enforcement Requests
This policy explains how HEOSSI responds to compulsory requests for customer data. It does not create rights beyond applicable law or a signed agreement.
Legal process
We require a valid legal process or a legally binding order before disclosing customer data, unless emergency disclosure is permitted by law to prevent serious harm. Requests are reviewed by legal and security staff for validity, scope and proportionality.
Challenge and notice
We may challenge or seek to narrow overbroad requests. Where lawful and practical, we notify the affected customer before disclosure so they can object. We may be prohibited from notice by a court order or law.
Minimisation and records
We disclose only the data required by the request, preserve a record of the request and response, and do not provide direct or backdoor access to customer systems. Government requests should be sent to saar-legal@heossi.com with the issuing authority and legal basis.
